Middle & Senior High School Lock-In Event
The Grand Rapids District Youth Council is planning their annual winter lock-in event to be held at the Three Mile Project in Walker
on Friday, February 24, 2012. This facility is a faith-based, nonprofit organization that was designed to give youth somewhere to go
and keep them off of the streets. Take a look at their website at: www.3mileproject.com.
Some of the activities available are: basketball, volleyball, gaga ball, re-ball, indoor skate park, coffee bar and snack shop, free video
games, pool and foosball tables and three movie theaters. The facility is new and designed with teens in mind. There is plenty of just
hanging out space.
We will be meeting at Lake Harbor at 6:00pm on Friday, Feb. 24th.
